Part-Time Recruiter Intern

Job Description
As a Recruiter Intern, you will learn the fundamentals of recruiting and assist in various aspects of the hiring process. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop skills in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. You will work closely with our experienced recruiters to understand industry best practices and gain real-world experience.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Maintain and update candidate databases.
-Communicate with candidates, providing updates and interview details.
-Support recruiters in tracking job postings and applicant flow.
-Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
